We use only the finest products - with a focus on facials, massage, full body rituals, red light sauna plus small group bookings.

You’re invited to enjoy our lounge before or after class – to rest, work, or connect. From Mums & Bubs and Kids Club, to date nights, Run Club, and school holiday fun - everything we do is about creating moments of connection.

This is a studio designed with women in mind – especially mums – a place to feel supported, seen, and surrounded by community.

Studio Seed has been my healthiest new addiction. I started as a total beginner and after a few 1:1 sessions, I joined as a member - best decision. The Reformer and Yoga classes are incredible, the instructors are so supportive, and booking is super easy
