Our Why

I am so happy I have found Studio Seed! A few months ago, I was totally new to Reformer Pilates. But after 3 one-on-one sessions with Alicia, I signed up to a membership and I haven’t looked back! I love the Reformer and Yoga classes and am excited to try my first Barre class! My first mat fusion class this morning was a big hit! I enjoyed the incorporation of different workout styles to break a sweat, challenge my balance and core stability especially. After suffering for years with hip bursitis I can finally say I have found my saviour. At 60 years old I feel the fittest, strongest and the most flexible I have been in years. From the moment I enter I feel welcomed, supported and guided. It's such a beautiful space and the girls go above and beyond to make sure every meed is met. I am excited daily to get up and move my body.
